  • Navigate to "My Account" or "Subscription" section
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" or "Manage Subscription"
  • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

2.2 Cancellation Effective Date

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all premium features until the subscription expires
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current period ends
  • You will not be charged for future billing cycles

2.3 Immediate Cancellation

If you wish to cancel immediately and stop using the service, you can do so through your account settings. However, refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined below.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 Days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of subscription purchase and no questions have been used
  • Technical Issues: Refund if the Service is unavailable or non-functional due to technical problems on our end
  • Duplicate Payment: Refund for accidental duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized Transaction: Refund for payments made without your authorization

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days from purchase date
  • Subscriptions where questions have been used (pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • Change of mind after using the Service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated analysis or predictions
  • Failure to use the Service or unused question limits
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations

3.3 Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. This is at our sole discretion and depends on factors such as usage, time since purchase, and the nature of the request.

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@vediqastro.com with your refund request
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Include the transaction ID or payment reference number

4.2 Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (Razorpay, bank, etc.)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Subscription Modifications

5.1 Plan Upgrades

You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • You will be charged the difference between plans
  • Your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly

5.2 Plan Downgrades

Plan downgrades:

  • Will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to current plan features until the period ends
  • No refunds are provided for downgrades

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:

  • Provide transaction details and payment proof
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue within 5-7 business days
  • If the charge was incorrect, a full refund will be processed

For payment disputes processed through Razorpay, you may also contact Razorpay support directly with your transaction ID.

7. Free Trial and Promotional Offers

If we offer free trials or promotional subscriptions:

  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions
  • Refunds for promotional subscriptions follow the same refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time

8. Admin Custom Plans

For custom plans assigned by administrators, cancellation and refund terms may vary. Please contact support for specific information regarding your custom plan.

9. Currency and Taxes

All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment.

Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) are included in the subscription price. Refunds will include the tax amount that was originally charged.
