3A. AI Astrologer Chats and AI Processing

Our AI-powered analysis and AI Astrologer chat consultations are generated by artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini). To produce responses, the content you submit, such as your questions, chat messages, and computed chart data, is processed by these AI systems.

• Your chat messages and analysis content are stored on our systems to operate the Service, maintain your history, support billing for per-minute consultations, enforce safety controls, and improve quality.
• AI Astrologers are AI personas, not human astrologers. Your messages are not read in real time by a human astrologer in the ordinary course of providing the chat. Authorised administrators may access stored conversations for support, safety, fraud-prevention, and quality purposes on a need-to-know basis.
• Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health details) in chats or questions, as it is not required to use the Service.
• Data sent to third-party AI providers is processed in accordance with their privacy policies, as noted in the Third-Party Services section below.
